REQUESTING A REFUND

FROM YOUR ANDROID DEVICE

  1. Open the Google Play app.

  2. Tap on your profile picture or initials in the top right corner.

  3. Select Payments & Subscriptions.

  4. Find the purchase you want to refund and tap on it.

  5. Choose Request a refund and follow the on-screen instructions.

ON YOUR PC

  1. Visit this page

  2. Sign in with the same Google account you used for the purchase.

  3. Find the purchase you want to refund and click on it.

  4. Click on Report a problem and choose Request a refund.

  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to submit your request.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER SUBMITTING YOUR REQUEST

  • Google will review your request and respond within 48 hours.

  • You might be asked to provide additional information, depending on your request.

  • If your request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

  • If your request is denied, you’ll receive an email explaining the reason.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • You can generally request refunds for app and in-app purchases within 48 hours of purchase.

  • Subscriptions can be canceled at any time to prevent future charges, but refunds for past subscription periods are not guaranteed.
