Error on Loading Screen: “Retry”

Sometimes, when opening the app, you may see the message “Retry”, and the app does not load further. This means the app could not properly connect to the server or complete the initial data loading.

1. Restart the App

  • Fully close the app from the recent apps menu and open it again.

  • This resets temporary connection errors and allows the app to request data from the server once more.


2. Check Your Internet Connection

  • A stable internet connection is required for the app to work properly.

  • Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data to see if the issue persists.

  • If you are using a VPN or a corporate network, temporarily disable it and try again.


3. Update the App

  • Go to the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) and check if you have the latest version of the app installed.

  • Many errors are fixed in new versions, so updating the app often solves the problem.


4. Restart Your Device

  • In rare cases, the issue may be related to your phone’s operating system.

  • Restarting your device refreshes system processes and clears temporary conflicts.


5. If the Error Persists

  • Sometimes, this issue may be related to temporary interruptions in content updates or app synchronization.

  • Usually, such errors are resolved as quickly as possible.
