Meditations Not Playing or Audio Interrupts

If your meditation audio stops playing or keeps getting interrupted, please try the following steps:

1. Check Your Internet Connection

  • For smooth playback, you’ll need a stable internet speed of at least 8–10 Mbps.

  • If your connection is unstable or too slow, the audio may pause or cut off.


2. Try a Different Network or VPN

Sometimes, local internet providers may limit or conflict with the connection to our servers.

  • Switch to another Wi-Fi network or use mobile data.

  • In some cases, using a VPN can help.


3. Restart the App

Playback issues can sometimes be caused by temporary errors in the player or operating system.

  • Fully close the app and then reopen it.


4. How Long Does It Take to Fix?

  • In most cases, changing the network or restarting the app solves the issue immediately.

  • If the problem continues after trying the steps above, please contact support. We’ll check the content and help you as quickly as possible.
