On Android: your primary device account must be the same Google Account used for the purchase.

If the account matches but you still don’t have access, request a purchase receipt from App Store or Google Play and attach it when contacting support.
If your subscription was purchased directly on our website, please provide the email address where you received the purchase confirmation receipt.
2. Verify Your Email Address

For issues related to App Store or Google Play accounts, resolution usually takes a few minutes up to 1–2 business days (depending on the store’s response).
For email or login-related errors, our team typically resolves them within 24 hours of your request.
