You need to answer "No"
3. On the question "Would you like to change the email that is linked to the subscription? You need to answer "Yes"
4. On the question "Do you have access to the email you bought a subscription for?" You need to answer "No"
To assist you effectively, we'll need the following information:
Date of Payment
Incorrect Email Address entered during the purchase
Payment Method Details:
If you used PayPal, provide your PayPal email address or PayPal Invoice ID
If you used a credit or debit card, provide the last 4 digits of your card
If you used Apple Pay, please also send us a screenshot
The screenshots should include:
Date of payment
Amount paid
Name of the service purchased
The correct email address you wish to update

If you have access to your current email
1. In the support chat, you need to click on the other button.
2. When asked "Are you having difficulty logging into the app?"
You need to answer "No"
3. On the question "Would you like to change the email that is linked to the subscription? You need to answer "Yes"
4. On the question "Do you have access to the email you bought a subscription for?" You need to answer "Yes"
5. You need to enter your existing email address.
6. Find the code in the mail and enter it in the chat.
7. The first available operator will answer you and help you change your email.
