Requesting a Refund for Your Slowdive Subscription
At Slowdive, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our users. However, we understand that there may be instances where you may need to request a refund for your subscription or an accidental purchase. To ensure a smooth refund process, we have outlined the steps you need to take below.
If you subscribed via App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android)
Since your subscription was purchased directly through Apple or Google, the refund and cancellation process is managed entirely by the respective platform — not by Slowdive.
To cancel your subscription:
iOS / App Store:
Open Settings on your iPhone/iPad
Tap your Apple ID at the top → Subscriptions
Find Slowdive and tap Cancel Subscription
Android / Google Play:
Open the Google Play Store app
Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
Find Slowdive and tap Cancel subscription
To request a refund:
iOS / App Store: Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Slowdive purchase and select Request a Refund.
Android / Google Play: Go to play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions, find Slowdive, tap Request a Refund and follow the instructions.

If you subscribed via the Website (Browser)
1. Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your web subscription at any time via promo.slowdive.app/cancel or by contacting us at [email protected] from the email address used during purchase or chat with our support engineer in your App or Desktop version. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
2. Gather the Required Information
Before reaching out to us for a refund, please gather the following information as per our refund policy:
A. Country of Payment:
Specify the country in which the payment for your Slowdive subscription was made.
B. Screenshot of Main Page:
To verify your access to the content, we require a screenshot from the main page of the Slowdive application.
C. Payment Receipt:
For verification purposes, please attach a screenshot of your payment receipt.
D. Additional Information:
Any additional details or context that you believe may assist us in processing your refund request.
3. Contact Us
Once you have gathered all the necessary information, please reach out to us through the chat or by sending an email to [email protected]. We'll review your request and get back to you promptly.
4. Await Our Response
Our support team will review your request and provide further instructions. We may require additional information or clarification to process your refund effectively. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically processed within up to 14 business days.

When a Refund May Be Declined
Please note that refund requests may be denied in the following cases:
Fraudulent activity or abuse of the refund process (e.g. repeated chargeback requests)
Violation of our Terms of Service
The request was submitted outside the eligible refund window
For one-time digital courses: if you explicitly consented to immediate access at the time of purchase, the right to a refund may no longer apply
If you are located in the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you retain the statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase. For subscription services, any refund will be proportional to the period already used. Please refer to our full Refund Policy for details.
