How Slowdive handles refunds and credits when the service was unavailable due to an issue on our end.

The app wasn't working — can I get a refund?

If Slowdive was unavailable due to an issue on our end:

  • Outage under 1 business day — reviewed individually.

  • Credit instead of refund: we may add extra days of access (up to 30 days per billing cycle) as compensation. Credits cannot be converted to cash.

First, email [email protected] with screenshots of the error — we'll try to resolve the issue before processing a refund.

Issues caused by your device, internet connection, or a violation of our Terms of Service are not considered service outages and are not eligible for compensation.
