1. All payments are confirmed by the user
Every charge in the app or on the website happens only after the user confirms the purchase.
This may include a main subscription, an additional course, or an upgrade to the subscription.
You can check your purchase history in the App Store, Google Play, or in the confirmation email you received.
2. How the purchase flow works
When subscribing or buying content, you go through the following steps:
Main subscription (1, 4, or 12 weeks).
Option to purchase one of the additional courses (Lucid Dreaming or Holotropic Breathwork) or skip this step.
Option to upgrade your main subscription (with or without a discount) or skip.
Final purchase confirmation screen.
3. Duplicate purchases
Each course can only be purchased once per account.
If you notice that the same course was charged more than once, please contact support and include proof of the charges. We will review and resolve the situation.
Summary
All charges happen only after being confirmed by the user.
Check your purchase history in the App Store / Google Play or in your confirmation emails.
If you see a duplicate charge for the same course, contact support and we’ll help fix it.
