If you notice that the payment receipt shows an incorrect address, don’t worry — this does not affect your subscription or access to the app.

Why does this happen?

  • The address on the receipt is generated automatically by the payment services.

  • Even if the information is not completely accurate, your subscription and access remain active.


Can the address be updated?

  • Subscription via Website:
    You can contact our support team, and we’ll help update your billing details.

  • Subscription via App Store or Google Play:
    In this case, the address can only be edited through your Apple or Google account settings. You’ll need to update your information directly with your provider.


Summary

An incorrect address on the receipt does not affect your subscription. If you’d like the details corrected, update them in your Apple/Google account or contact us for assistance with website subscriptions.
