How to request a refund (web-site payments)

We’re sorry to hear you’d like to refund your subscription.

To ensure we can process your refund as quickly as possible, please follow the steps below.


1. Locate your Invoice №

Before submitting a refund request, you’ll need the Invoice ID from the email you received. Depending on what you purchased, look for:

  • New Subscriptions

    • Email subject: Thank You for Subscribing

  • One-Time Course Purchases

    • Email subject: Thank You for Your Payment

  • Subscription Upgrades

    • Email subject: Your Subscription Has Been Updated

Tip: If you can’t find the right message, check your Spam/Promotions folder or reply here and we’ll resend it.


2. Submit via Our web refund form

Once you have your Invoice ID:

  1. Go to our refund portal:
    https://promo.slowdive.app/refund

  2. Fill in your email, country, and purchase date.

  3. Under Reason for Refund, select the option that best fits.

  4. In “Item name”, choose your plan from the dropdown.

  5. Paste your Invoice ID into the “Invoice #” field.

  6. Agree to the refund policy and click Submit.

For subscriptions via the Apple App Store, Apple handles refunds directly. Please follow their guide here:

🤖 4. Google Play Purchases

For subscriptions via Google Play, Google manages refunds for you. Submit your request here:
