How to login into your Slowdive account?

1. First - you need to download the app!

2. Launch the app!

At this point, we need to determine how you made your purchase.

If the purchase was made through the app already downloaded on your device — you don't need to take any additional steps to log in. Simply check that the account on your device matches the one associated with your purchase.

The account must be linked to the App Store (Apple ID) if the purchase was made via iOS, or to your Google Play account if it was made via Android.

You can verify the correct account in the App Store / Google Play Store under Account SettingsPurchase History / My Orders.

If you see a Slowdive purchase there — you're all set!

In this case — when opening the app on a new device or after reinstalling it — simply tap the Continue button on the main screen and wait a moment. A screen with quotes will appear and you'll be let into the app. Enjoy! 🎉

If the purchase was made through a browser...

If you're already subscribed through the website and entered your email during the purchase process - tap "I already have an account"

3. Type your subscription associated email in:

If you're unsure which email you used to subscribe, you can check for a receipt from Paddle, Recurly, or PayPro in your inbox. If you don't find a receipt, it might mean that you're checking the wrong email address or spam folder.

4. Check your email and punch the code sent to you into the section displayed below:

If you're getting a "Wrong token" message at this stage - it means that you might've been requesting a lot of codes in a row at a moment.

So, we suggest doing the following:
1. Try to sign in the same way, and request a code.
2. Wait 3-10 minutes max for a code to arrive.
